This position will provide full-time Operations support to the organization and will ensure that all practices comply with oil and gas industry regulatory requirements. The position will be responsible for monitoring regulatory programs and their permitting applications. Support the development of training programs in support of our operations and facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all business units.
  • Ensured operational activities are executed within allotted timelines.
  • Communicate with the management team to confirm the execution of company technical operations processes.
  • Review tender invitation documents from contractors/prospective clients.
  • Preparation of bidding documents for tenders and contracts
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities in obtaining licenses for operation.
  • Coordinating company registrations and annual renewals with regulatory agencies such as DPR, NIPEX etc
  • Collating and ensuring proper documentation within the tendering process.
  • Preparing, implementing and monitoring the annual departmental budget
  • Preparing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on the annual departmental business plans in line with Corporate Strategic Plan and performance targets
  • Lead coordination and consistency of project activities: coordination of interfaces.
  • Lead control of project schedule.
  • Ensures accurate reporting of project activities.
  • Maintains good relationships with internal and external parties.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Operations.
  • A minimum of five years of total oil and gas industry experience would be an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential. Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Has or is willing to obtain an oil and gas safety Certificate.

Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

  • Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Monday – Friday/9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Additional days and hours are always required for this position and shall be flexible as might be dictated by the requirements of assigned duties and responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₦400,000.00 per month
